How Financial Advantage Works with you

1. First off we have a brief chat with you either over the phone when arranging a meeting or at an initial get together. During this we mostly listen to what you're looking for and gain some of the important information we need to select the right loan for you.

2. Next we do some research using fancy software to help us sift through the thousands of loans in the market place to narrow it down to the top two or three best ones for your needs.

3. Meanwhile we will have sent you a list of all the documentation you will need to bring along to our meeting in order for the lenders to assess your application.

4. At our meeting we discuss the options available and together we select the best one for you.

5. Next we fill out the lender's application with you and get all the paper work they need together.

6. After this we assess your application internally. We want to make sure everything stacks up before we submit it to the lender. This saves everybody's time.

7. Then we submit your application to the lender.

8. Next we liaise with the lender during the approval process. During this phase we are constant communication with you to keep you in the loop as to how it's going and to finally give you the happy news that your loan has been approved.

9. When the lender has prepared the loan agreements and mortgage documents for signing we check them over to ensure we've got exactly what we've ordered. We can assist you in having the documents signed and executed correctly and so that everything is in order to be returned to the lender.

10. The loan is then ready for settlement. During this phase we make sure conveyancers, borrowers and lenders are all happy and talking to each other and that they each have all the paperwork they need to do their jobs.

11. Post settlement we ring you to make sure you've got all the bits and pieces from the lender -you know ATM cards, cheque books, direct debits and accounts are all set up and working smoothly.

12. Over the coming months and years we keep in touch with you. Why?
